A Song Celebrating the Rescue and Adoption of Animals By Loving People
Hello,
We are in a new era of care giving for animals and we don't need to look further than rescue shelters and adoption organizations and the good people who take on this heart-felt task . I have been truly inspired by visiting these shelters through the past few years delivering free CD's of Relaxation Music for Dogs, Cats and Horses.
Over several weeks this past June, I took my video camera to shelters (listed below) to film Four Legged Angels. Weeks before I had written the words and music to express that the animals that we adopt are the angels that we rescue and that rescue us!
My husband, Alan Brennan and I recorded the song. Alan is the featured lyrical violin and I am playing the ten-string guitar and singing. We enjoyed every minute of this project knowing that we will be donating all the proceeds to animal shelters to help support their mission.
There is a surprise ending in the DVD with our beloved dog, Rags. He knew he was doing his job to portray the essence of the message of Four Legged Angels.
